1. How much does it cost to rent Brice Villa?
Our pricing varies based on the selected package, add-ons, and seasonal availability. Visit our Events Page or contact us for a custom quote.

2. Do you require a wedding coordinator?
No, we do not require a licensed wedding coordinator. However, if you do not hire one, the client (or someone they designate) must coordinate setup, timeline, vendor deliveries, and breakdown, or you may choose to add NBE’s Vendor Coordination add-on for additional support.

3. Do you have a required catering list?
We do not require clients to use in-house catering. You may choose your own vendor, but they must:
- Hold valid food service licenses
- Provide liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Submit all documents 90 days in advance
Brice Villa reserves the right to approve or reject vendors who do not meet these standards.

4. Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. Brice Villa operates under a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) policy. Alcohol must be:
- Provided by the client OR
- Served by a licensed and insured bartender or caterer
- Proof of licensing and insurance is required 90 days before the event.
Brice Villa and NBE are not liable for any alcohol-related incidents, and reserve the right to remove intoxicated or non-compliant guests.

5. Do we need to clean up ourselves?
Setup and cleanup can be handled by Brice Villa staff if you choose the Setup Crew add-on. Otherwise, clients are responsible for:
- All setup starting at 10:00 AM (or 7:00 AM with add-on)
- Removing decorations and rentals by midnight
- Bagging all trash and placing it in designated bins
- Returning furniture to its original layout
Failure to comply may result in deductions from your security deposit.

6. Can we drop off or decorate the day before?
No. All setup and decoration must be done during your rental period on the day of the event, unless you’ve arranged for early access via add-ons and written approval.

7. Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed indoors. Outdoor ceremonies may allow leashed pets with prior written approval. Service animals are welcome in all areas as permitted by law.

8. What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% Booking Fee is due within 3 business days of your intent to book. Cancellations are subject to a $1,000 administrative fee and the following refund terms:
>9 months notice: 100% refund, minus $1,000
6–9 months notice: 50% refund, minus $1,000
<6 months: Non-refundable
No-shows or cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable and full payment remains due

9. Is smoking allowed?
Brice Villa is a non-smoking venue across all indoor and outdoor areas, except for one designated outdoor smoking area. This area will be clearly marked by NBE, our on-site coordinator. Smoking is strictly limited to that location. Smoking elsewhere on the property will result in forfeiture of the $1,000 security deposit and may result in guests being asked to leave.

10. What are the usage hours?
Event Access: Begins at 10:00 AM (or 7:00 AM with add-on)
All events end by: 10:30 PM
Cleanup completed by: 11:45 PM
Custom hours or overnight stays may be arranged through our package upgrades or add-ons
